Propuesta de una Ruta Turística a Partir del Potencial del Agroturismo en Tena, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar el potencial agroturístico con el que cuenta el municipio de Tena, Cundinamarca, por medio de la vinculación y articulación de los recursos naturales, la infraestructura, los prestadores de servicios turísticos, la comunidad y autoridades locales, enfocándonos en las temáticas de un turismo rural y agroturismo; para ello se hace uso de una estructura metodológica basada en el enfoque mixto y el tipo de investigación descriptiva. Durante este proceso, se ha venido trabajando en la búsqueda de información referente a los recursos con los que cuenta el municipio de Tena, Cundinamarca, se ha consultado con la lideresa de la comunidad, la cual ha manifestado sobre las condiciones actuales del municipio y el trabajo que ha venido realizando la comunidad y las autoridades locales con el propósito de promover y potencializar la actividad turística; además de, un inventario turístico en la vereda Escalante y el perfil de los potenciales visitantes con el propósito de conocer las necesidades, motivaciones y preferencias del perfil del viajero en adquirir los servicios agroturísticos del municipio de Tena, Cundinamarca. El agroturismo lograr visibilizar el trabajo realizado por la comunidad con los productos cultivados en el municipio de Tena Cundinamarca, Siendo el turismo, una herramienta de conservación y preservación de las tradiciones agrícolas locales, en el cual se logra proteger, fomentar y rescatar la práctica de estas.

The aim of this research is identify the potential of agritourism in Tena Cundinamarca Through the linking and articulation of natural resources, infrastructure, tourism service providers, the community and local authorities, focusing on the themes of rural tourism and agritourism; the methodological structure is based on the mixed approach and the type of descriptive research is used. During this process, work has been carried out on the search for information regarding the resources in Tena, Cundinamarca, community leaders have been consulted, and talked about the current conditions of the work that the community and local authorities have been doing with the purpose of promoting and enhancing tourism activity; as well, tourist inventory in the Escalante zone and the profile of potential visitors with the purpose of knowing the needs, motivations and preferences of the traveler’s profile in acquiring the agritourism services in Tena, Cundinamarca. Agritourism makes visible the work carried out by the community with the products grown in Tena Cundinamarca, being tourism, a way of conservation and preservation of local agricultural traditions, in which it is possible to protect, promote and rescue the local practices.
