Abstract
Se trata de una monografía que hace seguimiento a las labores ejecutadas en una interventoría
a proyectos viales en un municipio del departamento de Cundinamarca. Incluye el seguimiento a las
actividades técnicas de la vía, a las contables y financieras y los compromisos ambientales. Se hizo el
seguimiento a la bitácora, a los diferentes comités técnicos y de obra y en general al desarrollo de la
obra en todas sus dimensiones. Se revisó el cumplimiento de las obligaciones del contratista, a los
informes elaborados por la interventoría, a los plazos de ejecución y las inversiones ejecutadas. Se
encontraron aspectos positivos de buena ejecución, sin embargo, también se observaron
incumplimientos que debe hacer seguimiento la interventoría.
This is a monograph that follows up on the work carried out in an audit of road projects in a municipality in the department of Cundinamarca. It includes the follow-up of the technical activities of the road, the accounting and financial ones and the environmental commitments. The logbook, the different technical and work committees and, in general, the development of the work in all its dimensions were followed up. The fulfillment of the contractor's obligations, the reports prepared by the auditing, the execution deadlines and the executed investments were reviewed. Positive aspects of good execution were found, however, non-compliances were also observed that must be followed up by the auditing.

especialmente sobre las actividades llevadas a cabo por parte de la intervendría en su
ejecución.
