Abstract
En el diseño de la presente monografía compilatoria se ejecuta como una investigación documental interpretando desde las diferentes fuentes bibliográficas entre las que se eligieron: revistas indexadas, artículos científicos, investigaciones, proyectos de grado de pregrado y posgrado, y también libros electrónicos, los cuales suministraron información en torno al acoso escolar y los efectos en la salud mental, con una mirada desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual que toma en cuenta los pensamientos, las emociones y las conductas con el fin de explicar su efectividad desde el contexto educativo. La investigación se basó en un criterio de inclusión de los últimos cinco años de publicación, esbozando las características de las categorías tanto deductivas como inductivas, con el concepto interpretado desde el análisis crítico de la información.
In the design of this compilation monograph, a documentary research is carried out interpreting from the different bibliographic sources among which were chosen: indexed journals, scientific articles, research, undergraduate and postgraduate degree projects, and also electronic books, which provided information around bullying and the effects on mental health, with a view from the cognitive behavioral approach that takes into account thoughts, emotions and behaviors in order to explain its effectiveness from the educational context. The research was based on an inclusion criterion of the last five years of publication, outlining the characteristics of both deductive and inductive categories, with the concept interpreted from the critical analysis of the information.
