Abstract
Este proyecto de investigación determina la influencia de la comunicación estratégica en el clima
laboral de la empresa Mura Construcciones; el enfoque que se empleó en la metodología de la
investigación fue cuantitativo, con un alcance de tipo descriptivo/correlacional y se aplicó un
diseño no experimental / transversal en el cual participaron 62 personas quienes fueron tomadas
aleatoriamente del área operativa, administrativa y directiva. Como instrumento para el
desarrollo del método de investigación se aplicaron encuestas por medio del contexto individual
para recoger y analizar una serie de datos que describan y/o expliquen ciertas percepciones por
parte de los trabajadores de la organización. Los resultados evidencian que existen varias
problemáticas de comunicación estratégica en las diferentes áreas y cargos que lideran los
procesos en la empresa Mura Construcciones, afectando de grueso modo el clima laboral, pese a
ello, la productividad y satisfacción de los colaboradores ha ido bajando a tal punto que la
rentabilidad es ineficiente en la organización.
This research project determines the influence of strategic communication on the work environment of the Mura Constructions company, the approach used in the research methodology was quantitative, with a descriptive / correlational scope and a non-experimental design was applied / transversal in which 45 people participated who were randomly taken from the operational, administrative and directive area. As an instrument for the development of the research method, surveys were applied through the individual context to collect and analyze a series of data that describe and / or explain certain perceptions on the part of the workers of the organization. The results show that there are several strategic communication problems in the different areas and positions that lead the processes in the Mura Constructions company, greatly affecting the work environment, despite this, the productivity and satisfaction of the collaborators has been falling to such point that profitability is inefficient in the organization.
