Abstract
La empresa Gac Service S.A.S, busca formular una estrategia de formación integral
apalancada en redes y alianzas para fortalecer el desarrollo personal de los colaboradores a
través de capacitaciones que fortalezcan los conocimientos de las labores que desempeñan en
el área de jardinería, aseo, conserjería y área administrativa. Así mismo se busca el desarrollo
de competencias laborales como por ejemplo Adaptabilidad, Aprendizaje, Colaboración,
Comunicación, Creatividad, Gestión de la información, Inteligencia social, Lealtad, entre
otras.
Lo anterior tiene una doble finalidad, la primera enfocada a la satisfacción de las
necesidades de los trabajadores en cuanto al mejoramiento en el desempeño laboral, y
desarrollo integral del Ser Humano; y la segunda enfocada al cumplimiento de los fines de la
Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, la Gerencia Social y el Desarrollo Sostenible y con ello
fortalecer el mejoramiento e impulsar los alcances de los estándares de calidad de la empresa
Gac Services S.A.S. Para tal fin se busca establecer alianzas con diversas entidades que
contribuyan a tal fin.
He company Gac Service SAS, seeks to formulate a comprehensive training strategy leveraged in networks and alliances to strengthen the personal development of employees through training that strengthens the knowledge of the tasks they perform in the area of gardening, cleaning, janitorial and area administrative. Likewise, the development of work skills is sought, such as Adaptability, Learning, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, Information Management, Social Intelligence, Loyalty, among others. The foregoing has a dual purpose, the first focused on satisfying the needs of workers in terms of improving job performance, and comprehensive development of the Human Being; and the second focused on the fulfillment of the purposes of Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Management and Sustainable Development and thereby strengthen the improvement and promote the scope of the quality standards of the company Gac Services S.A.S. To this end, it seeks to establish alliances with various entities that contribute to this end.
