Abstract
La presente investigación se llevara a cabo un estudio vulnerabilidad sísmica y estructural de
las instalaciones del antiguo ITUC (instituto técnico universitario de Cundinamarca), se evaluara
el riego sísmico de estas instalaciones y el grado de daño estructural que presentan hasta el día de
hoy, teniendo en cuenta que estas instalaciones fueron construidas en el año 1902, por lo tanto son
estructuras antiguas que no contaron con un parámetro reglamentario para la construcción de estas
instalaciones
Para evaluar esta investigación se llevaron a cabo una serie de procedimientos como:
inspección visual, levantamientos arquitectónicos, topográficos, estudio de suelos y apiques. Con
los cuales se pudo determinar que estas instalaciones cuentan con un sistema estructural de muros
portantes (muros de carga). Basándose en los estudios realizados no se encontró ningún tipo de
refuerzo continuo o persistente en las diferentes estructuras. Por lo tanto, se procederá a llegar a
conclusiones o recomendaciones más exactas, con el fin de garantizar que estas estructuras sean
óptimas para su uso y función, en caso de que se presenten movimientos telúricos. Teniendo en
cuenta los requisitos básicos de diseño y construcción que presenta la norma sismo resistente (nsr10).
In the present investigation a seismic and structural vulnerability study of the facilities of the former ITUC (university technical institute of Cundinamarca) will be carried out. The seismic irrigation of these facilities and the degree of structural damage that they present until today will be evaluated, taking into account that these facilities were built in 1902, therefore they are old structures that did not have a regulatory parameter for the construction of these facilities. To evaluate this research, a series of procedures were carried out, such as: visual inspection, architectural and topographic surveys, soil and excavation studies. With which it was determined that these facilities have a structural system of bearing walls (load-bearing walls). Based on the studies carried out, no continuous or persistent reinforcement was found in the different structures. Therefore, more accurate conclusions or recommendations will be reached, in order to ensure that these structures are optimal for their use and function, in case of telluric movements taking into account the basic design and construction requirements presented by the earthquake resistant standard (NSR-10).
