Diseño de un protocolo guía al Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en MIPYMES de riesgo I, II y III en Colombia.

Abstract

Esta investigación permitió diseñar un protocolo guía al Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para las MIPYMES con riesgo I, II o III en Colombia, para proteger la salud de los trabajadores y dar cumplimiento a las normativas vigentes en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST). La metodología utilizada fue de tipo cualitativo con un diseño de investigación documental. Para cumplir con los objetivos del estudio se establecieron en primera instancia las condiciones del Sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) propios de las MIPYMES de acuerdo al decreto 1072 del 2015 y la resolución 0312 del 2019, se diseñó el protocolo guía al SG-SST según el número de trabajadores y nivel de riesgo I, II o III, finalmente se implementó una página web para tener la documentación online y pertinente para dar cumplimiento a cada uno de los estándares mínimos del SG-SST, con acceso a todas las empresas interesadas en implementar un SG-SST.

This research allowed the design of a guide protocol to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for MSMEs with risk I, II or III in Colombia, to protect the health of workers and comply with current regulations in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). The methodology used was qualitative with a documentary research design. To meet the objectives of the study, the conditions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) typical of MSMEs were established in the first instance, according to Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019, it was designed the protocol guides the SG-SST according to the number of workers and risk level I, II or III, finally a web page was implemented to have the relevant online documentation to comply with each of the minimum standards of the SG-SST, with access to all companies interested in implementing an SG-SST
