Abstract
Este proyecto de Investigación es basado en las brechas comunicativas intergeneracionales del Ied San Cayetano, consideramos que esta temática enriquecería el acercamiento y conocimiento de los estudiantes con las raíces gastronómicas del municipio de Usme cabe recordar que las costumbres y tradiciones conforman un conjunto de oportunidades para estrechar vínculos afectivos al interior del núcleo familiar; por lo tanto es importante tener presente las raíces de los antepasados ya que nos permite preservar la memoria para proteger nuestra identidad las cual nos permite recordar de dónde venimos, quiénes somos y cómo ha ido evolucionando nuestro lugar de origen. Este rescate de memoria hace parte de la herencia cultural; por lo tanto preservar la cultura significa preservar la identidad, por tal razón se hace necesario que los jóvenes conozcan sus tradiciones ancestrales para que puedan volver a utilizar toda la variedad de frutas, hortalizas y tubérculos que eran sembrados y cosechados naturalmente.
This research project is based on the intergenerational communication gaps of the Ied San Cayetano, we consider that this theme would enrich the approach and knowledge of the students with the gastronomic roots of the municipality of Usme, it should be remembered that customs and traditions make up a set of opportunities to strengthen ties affective within the family nucleus; therefore it is important to keep in mind the roots of the ancestors since it allows us to preserve the memory to protect our identity which allows us to remember where we come from, who we are and how our place of origin has evolved. This memory rescue is part of the cultural heritage; therefore preserving culture means preserving identity, for this reason it is necessary for young people to know their ancestral traditions so that they can reuse all the variety of fruits, vegetables and tubers that were planted and harvested naturally.
