Creación de estrategias pedagógicas para el desarrollo integral del infante

Abstract

Desde el mes de Junio del año 2016 ingresé al colegio Americano para la realización de mis prácticas, el horario de ingreso 7:30 de la mañana y salida a las 12:30 m., llevando como apoyo un diario de campo, para observar a los niños de los grados pre-jardín y jardín, en donde vi a una niña enérgica, comencé la investigación con su maestra y decía que era rebelde, no atendía a normar, muchas veces la sostenía duro entre sus brazos, para poderla dominar, porque saltaba encima de los escritorios de sus compañeros de jardín y por ende no tenía amigos, no de su edad, la niña tenía 5 años. La niña en cambio se portaba muy juiciosa con los niños de pre jardín de edades de 2 y 3 años y cuidaba de ellos, pero, no estaba en su debida clase, así quedo atrasada en cuadernos, cartillas y en su desarrollo cognitivo, observé que la niña la llevaban al colegio muy temprano y la recogían muy tarde, esto se debía porque la madre trabajaba en jornada muy extensa y no venía por ella, sino su abuelo. Entré en una amistad con la niña y me comentó que del colegio salía a almorzar con los abuelos y la llevaban a un instituto y que en la noche su madre la recogía, investigué que vivían juntas y los fines de semanas estaba con su padre, hermano y madrastra. Me di cuenta que la mamita se dirigía a la niña y delante de las docentes, con palabras groseras y hablando mal de su expareja. Así que mi proyecto se enfatizó en implementar estrategias pedagógicas para niños y niñas, actividades grupales para ayudarle a controlar sus impulsivos, construyendo un entorno social saludable y armónico para los infantes

I entered into a friendship with the girl and she told me that from school she went to lunch with the grandparents and took her to an institute and that at night her mother picked her up, I investigated that they lived together and on weekends she was with her father, brother and stepmother. I realized that the mother was addressing the girl and in front of the teachers, with rude words and speaking ill of her ex-partner. So my project emphasized the implementation of pedagogical strategies for children disorder, group activities to help of aggressiveness by building a healthy and harmonious social environment for infants
