Abstract
El agroturismo se define como la unión de actividades agrícolas y algunos servicios de turismo, para el caso de Colombia se han creado las Normas Técnicas Sectoriales de Turismo Sostenible – NTS TS002 y NTS003, cuyo objetivo es la protección de los diferentes lugares donde este se desarrolle; en los últimos años se ha visto el desarrollo de esta práctica en la hacienda Ceylán ubicada en el municipio de Viotá. Por tanto en el marco de la investigación se realizó un estudio cuyo fin es verificar si efectivamente se practican la aplicación de las normas técnicas sectoriales sostenibles y bajo qué parámetros los colaboradores están llevando esta actividad, por consiguiente se aplicó los instrumentos propuestos con enfoque descriptivo, que se llevó a cabo en tres etapas, la primera de ella se remite a una rúbrica de las NTS TS002, NTS TS004 y El código de Conducta para la comunidad Cafetera 4C y por último se realizó un análisis detallado identificando alternativas para las acciones faltantes.
