Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito problematizar la gestión que a nivel local y distrital se desarrolla en torno al manejo, protección y preservación del humedal Juan Amarillo – Tibabuyes, situando la discusión en los procesos contradictorios de administración de lo público que consolidan la vida urbana hostil con la estructura ecológica de la ciudad. Desde esta perspectiva, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la sostenibilidad socio ambiental del proyecto “Conexión Corredor Ambiental Humedal Juan Amarillo” Bogotá D.C., este proceso se realiza a través del instrumento de gestión socio ambiental de proyectos de la Gerencia social, donde se identifican y evalúan los impactos socio ambientales de la intervención del corredor en el humedal. Entre los resultados se destaca la incidencia de las comunidades, organizaciones, colectivos y movimientos que defienden el territorio y lo dignifican. Por último, se recomienda la implementación de una alternativa de participación ciudadana para que se genere de manera articulada entre los diferentes actores sociales de lo público, un dialogo de saberes y propuestas concertadas para construir soluciones a los problemas socio ambientales del humedal Juan Amarillo – Tibabuyes
The purpose of this research project is to problematize the management that at the local and district level is developed around the management, protection and preservation of the Juan Amarillo – Tibabuyes wetland, placing the discussion in the contradictory processes of administration of the public that consolidate hostile urban life with the ecological structure of the city. From this perspective, the objective of this research is to analyze the socio-environmental sustainability of the "Connect Environmental Wetland Corridor Juan Amarillo" Bogotá D.C. , this process is carried out through the project socio-environmental management instrument of the Social Management, where the socio-environmental impacts of the corridor intervention in the wetland are identified and evaluated. Among the results is the impact of communities, organizations, collectives, and movements that defend the territory and dignify it. Finally, it is recommended to implement an alternative of citizen participation so that it is generated in an articulated way among the different social actors of the public, a dialogue of knowledge and concerted proposals to build solutions to the socio-environmental problems of the Wetland Juan Amarillo – Tibabuyes.
