Abstract
El proyecto propuso utilizar el meme como herramienta pedagógica en el aula de clase, con el fin que fuera un mediador entre la teoría y la significación que le da el estudiante. Se realizó una muestra con nueve alumnos del primer semestre de la materia Lenguaje y Sistemas Simbólicos, perteneciente a la carrera de Licenciatura en Humanidades y Lengua Castellana de Uniminuto. Esto se ejecutó por medio de cinco talleres virtuales planeados en una unidad didáctica teniendo como pilar principal los memes y por medio de ellos se manejó la teoría de María Acaso y Barthes. Los resultados arrojan un nivel de lectura literal en las imágenes, y la comprensión y elaboración de los mensajes es básico; sin embargo, en algunos estudiantes mejoró la interpretación y la significación que le dan a este tipo de textos discontinuos. Por lo tanto, se concluye que se obtuvo en una parte del grupo.
The project proposed to use the meme as a pedagogical instrument in the classroom, in order to be a mediator between the theory and the meaning given by the student. An exhibition was held with nine students from the first semester of the subject Language and Symbolic Systems, belonging to the degree course in Humanities and Spanish Language of Uniminuto. This was executed through five virtual workshops planned in a didactic unit having as main pillar the memes and through them the theory of Maria Acaso and Barthes was handled. The results show a level of literal reading in the images, and the understanding and elaboration of the messages is basic; however, in some students the interpretation and meaning they give to this type of discontinuous texts improved. Therefore, it is concluded that an improvement in the meaning and argument given to the images and the message that the author wants to transmit as the characteristics of the images was obtained in part of the group, thus fulfilling the objective of the project.
