    This article includes the study of different heuristic models with which it seeks to detect strategies to solve the problems of a company producing and marketing shirts for men, in the areas of: production, finance, quality and logistics, to adequately respond to changes generated in the environment, both internally and externally, the profitability of the production companies depends on the correct administration of the resources of the same, among which are people, technology, time, infrastructure, among others. The best way to improve the results of companies is through the optimization of production processes, and the automation of them, if this is carried out, will be achieved to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company at the lowest possible cost. which represents a percentage of growth. The optimization of processes generates greater competitiveness, better customer service and higher quality in them.
