(Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, 2022-04-30) Caviedes Ayala, Ana Cristina; Mora Baquero, Nancy Paola; Moreno Gómez, Juan Carlos; Parra, Hernando
The systematization is focused on rural women who contribute to food security for their home and family through the generation of productive projects in which they can participate through government entities, their own economic resources or the associativity that may occur according to their projects. It is sought to show the factors that affect the low level of participation of rural women from the Vereda San Jorge in the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, who are the target population of this study. Within the systematization as field work, interviews were conducted with leaders of some associations and officials of various municipal secretariats associated with the Mayor's Office of the municipality of Soacha. Likewise, surveys were carried out on the target population, in which the factors that determine the low participation of these women in the generation of productive projects are evidenced. Based on the above-mentioned, in the systematization strategies are proposed from the area of disciplinary knowledge and work experience of each of the authors of the same, which will contribute to boost the participation and skills of rural women from the Vereda San Jorge for the generation of productive, viable, socially and economically sustainable projects, thus contributing to the food sustainability of the country. It is important to mention that the result of this systematization will be used as input for the presentation of a formal proposal to the Casa de la Mujer of the municipality of Soacha, in order to achieve its development and execution. Keywords: Rural women, productive projects, participation, sustainability, associativity and social innovation.
