    Diversidad funcional y procesos de inclusión: análisis desde el ámbito educativo y laboral

    The recognition of diversity and difference as part of daily life is a key aspect for the inclusion of people with disabilities, for this reason it is pertinent to make visible some of the barriers/obstacles faced by this population, taking into account from their conception, social imaginary and repercussions that have been generated according to this. In the case of this population, it is convenient to facilitate their independence and autonomy as an active citizen, assisting on their development and the society's in general. Therefore, the objectives of this research were to analyze different contemporary academic discussions in relation to the processes of educational and labor inclusion. The methodology was non-experimental kind, based on the qualitative method; the document was designed after a careful bibliographical review of fifty academic articles, which allowed taking a reflexive and professional position about the inclusion of the population with functional diversity, specifically of people with disabilities/disabled people.
