(International Labor Organization [ILO], 2019) reports that worldwide the rates of accidents and occupational diseases increase considerably, according to the (ILO) every year 2.3 million people die due to accidents and occupational diseases, for this This is why it is necessary to develop a culture of preventive security throughout the world and nationally in order to lower the aforementioned rates. As a transformative proposal, a mixed and participatory research was carried out; where a staff survey was carried out and the accident rates of the Corrumed SAS company were analyzed, in order to collect information and at the end of the investigation give recommendations on how to build a culture of care through behavior-based safety . The SBC will help improve the culture of safety and health prevention at work, if the company or organization involves managers, area leaders, COPASST and the population itself, to achieve a positive impact and in the shortest time, safety based on behavior and thus fulfill the mission of having all your staff return home safely to enjoy what they love to do most in life. |
