Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado propone una ruta de intervención derivada de la medición de riesgo psicosocial aplicada entre 2023 y 2024 a colaboradores de hoteles y parques de Comfenalco Antioquia. A partir de hallazgos preocupantes como altos niveles de demandas emocionales (30,7%), carga mental (32,3%) y estrés (34,6%), se diseña el programa “Bienestar en tu mente” enfocado en la prevención y promoción de la salud mental. Desde una metodología cualitativa, con diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo, se aplicaron instrumentos como entrevistas, cuestionarios, grupos focales y observación directa a una muestra de 484 colaboradores. El análisis reveló la necesidad de intervenciones contextualizadas que incluyan primeros auxilios psicológicos, asesoría emocional, fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional, y acciones específicas para quienes presentan alto riesgo. El programa cuenta con estrategias preventivas e intervenciones específicas, articuladas con aliados como la ARL y centros especializados. Su sostenibilidad está basada en un ciclo continuo de evaluación, implementación y monitoreo de indicadores claves de bienestar laboral. Los resultados iniciales validan la pertinencia de una gestión organizacional comprometida con la salud mental y el bienestar integral de su talento humano.
This thesis proposes an intervention route derived from the psychosocial risk assessment conducted between 2023 and 2024 among employees of Comfenalco Antioquia’s hotels and parks. Based on critical findings—such as high levels of emotional demands (30.7%), mental workload (32.3%), and stress (34.6%)—the “Well-being in Your Mind” program was designed to focus on mental health prevention and promotion. Using a qualitative methodology, with a non-experimental design and descriptive scope, the study applied tools such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, and direct observation to a sample of 484 employees. The analysis revealed the need for context-sensitive interventions that include psychological first aid, emotional counseling, organizational culture strengthening, and targeted actions for high-risk individuals. The program includes preventive strategies and specific interventions, coordinated with partners such as the occupational risk administrator (ARL) and specialized health centers. Its sustainability is based on a continuous cycle of evaluation, implementation, and monitoring through key indicators of workplace well-being. Initial results validate the relevance of organizational management committed to mental health and the comprehensive well-being of its workforce.
