Abstract
El presente trabajo aborda la temática de exportar muebles de madera artesanales, culturales personalizados, específicamente muebles de oficina y hogar, con el objetivo de llegar a un mercado objetivo que es Reino unido, a lo largo del trabajo se realiza una investigación y análisis sobre la exportación de este producto de Colombia a Reino unido y la correcta forma de realizar un paso a paso para exportar este producto a un mercado extranjero, el cual contiene la forma de realizar una inteligencia de mercados con énfasis en la segmentación y principales competidores, en este se identificó un demándate que serán las tiendas minoristas y el comportamiento de consumidor de estas tiendas, en cuanto al tamaño de mercado se muestra datos y proyecciones donde arroja datos de constante crecimiento en el área del producto. La problemática contiene como crear estrategias para la exportación de este producto, como objetivos de indagar el mercado global, identificando canales de distribución y analizando la normatividad de ambos países al momento de importar y exportar, dando así un marco teórico el cual contiene una recopilación de teorías que tiene datos demostrados así dando evidencia a la viabilidad de este trabajo.
This research project addresses the topic of exporting handcrafted, culturally personalized wooden furniture, specifically office and home furniture, with the objective of reaching a target market in the United Kingdom. Throughout the research project, research and analysis are conducted on the export of this product from Colombia to the United Kingdom, detailing the proper step-by-step process to export this product to a foreign market. This includes conducting market intelligence with an emphasis on segmentation and main competitors. A key demand segment identified is retail stores, along with an analysis of consumer behavior within these stores. Data and projections regarding the market size indicate continuous growth in this product area. The problem involves creating strategies for the export of this product, with the objective of exploring the global market, identifying distribution channels, and analyzing the regulations of both countries when importing and exporting. This provides a theoretical framework that includes a compilation of demonstrated theories, thus giving evidence to the feasibility of this research projects.
