Abstract
La investigación es un estudio del clima organización de la empresa MONTAJES Y SERVICIOS DE INSPECCIÓN S.A.S ubicada en el municipio de Medellín - Colombia para el cual se realizaron mediciones que permitieron determinar la percepción y la perspectiva de los colaboradores en el desarrollo de los procesos y objetivos en la productividad y eficiencia del desempeño laboral, liderazgo y comunicación y el relacionamiento en cada una de las áreas funcionales. A través de una metodología de investigación cualitativa, implementada por medio de encuesta y entrevista se encontraron hallazgos tales como un clima organizacional débil reflejado en diferentes aspectos para el cuál no se han implementado las estrategias necesarias y que así mismo es recomendable para la empresa generar planes de acción que aumenten las percepciones que en el momento no están siendo positivas por parte de los colaboradores.
Se concluye una percepción de ambiente laboral en riesgo y una necesidad de brindar más relevancia a este aspecto dentro de la empresa, siendo esta la manera en que se llegará a aumentar niveles de productividad y eficiencia esperados por la planta directiva.
The research is a study of the organizational climate of the company MONTAJES Y SERVICIOS DE INSPECCIÓN S.A.S. located in the municipality of Medellin - Colombia for which measurements were taken to determine the perception and perspective of employees in the development of processes and objectives in productivity and efficiency of work performance, leadership and communication and the relationship in each of the functional areas. Through a qualitative research methodology, implemented by means of a survey and interview, findings were found such as a weak organizational climate reflected in different aspects for which the necessary strategies have not been implemented and that it is also advisable for the company to generate action plans to increase the perceptions that at the moment are not being positive on the part of the collaborators. The conclusion is a perception of a work environment at risk and a need to give more relevance to this aspect within the company, as this is the way to increase the levels of productivity and efficiency expected by the management.
