Abstract
El presente trabajo investigativo se realiza en una organización dedicada al contact center en BPO Businnes Process Outsourcing (Sitel de Colombia) situada en la localidad de Suba, con el objetivo de describir las características de los comportamientos de los aprendices del área de recursos humanos y su compatibilidad con las funciones del puesto de trabajo, la muestra son 14 aprendices con un rango de edad entre 16 años a 37 años, donde se identifican datos sociodemográficos y laborales evaluados a través del “Test Cleaver” el cual mide el comportamiento dentro del trabajo, teniendo en cuenta el tipo de conductas que presenta cada uno de los participantes. Diseño investigación mixto ya que involucra datos cuantitativos y cualitativos que permiten la descripción de las características de comportamientos en los aprendices de recursos humanos a partir de la triangulación metodológica por medio del análisis de diferentes técnicas de recolección de información como la observación participante y encuestas, por consiguiente se analiza la información de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal de cada uno de los aprendices del área de recursos humanos para establecer la compatibilidad entre las características de comportamiento organizacional y las funciones del puesto de trabajo.

Mixed research design because it involves quantitative and qualitative data that allow the understanding of behavioral characteristics in human resources apprentices from methodological triangulation through the analysis of different techniques of collection of information such as participant observation and surveys, therefore, the information on the recruitment and selection processes of each of the trainees in the human resources area is analyzed to establish the compatibility between the characteristics of organizational behaviour and the functions of the work. The instrument was applied providing follow-up and support during the test; sociodemographic and labour data were identified in order to use this information to determine and classify the types of work behaviours of apprentices and their compatibility with the job.
