dc.description	El artículo propone analizar qué clase de ética debe generar y, al mismo tiempo, practicar el docente, en una sociedad que reproduce valores condicionados a unas formas de convivencia social que exige el statu quo vigente. A partir de la exploración de los términos ética y estética se plantea la necesidad que el docente asuma una posición crítica frente a la labor que realiza, la cual permita sensibilizar al estudiante para participar en la construcción de una conciencia crítica que ayude en la transformación de las actuales prácticas sociales.	es-ES
dc.description	The article proposes to analyse what kind of ethic the teacher should generate and at the same time should put in practice. In a society that reproduce the values conditioned to a different ways to Iive that demand the establishment. Starting with the concepts of ethic and aesthetic. The teacher must assume a critic position in front of the activities he do.
