dc.description	El artículo recoge la experiencia de acompañamiento de la Facultad de Educación a las escuelas Normales Superiores de Nocaima y Girardot. Este proceso, descrito en sus generalidades, permite comprender las bondades de compartir con comunidades académicas cuyos saberes y experiencias han sido significativos para los maestros y para la educación colombiana. De igual manera se resalta el aprendizaje obtenido por los docentes de Uniminuto comprometidos en esta actividad, y los resultados positivos para las Normales, las cuales obtuvieron, por parte del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, la valoración satisfactoria en el proceso de acreditación de calidad y desarrollo.	es-ES
dc.description	This article collects the accompanying experiences from the Education Faculty in the Escuelas Normales Superiores in Nocalma and Girardot. This process is describes in terms it allows to understand how useful is to share with academic communities their knowledge and experiences. These experiences have been meaningful for the teachers and the Colombian education. Equally the article also stands out the learning that was acquired by the Uniminuto teachers involved in the accompanying process and the good results for the normales. This Schools obtained the satisfactory valuation by the Education Ministry.	en-US
