El liderazgo agrícola como estrategia para mejorar la producción en tres organizaciones agricultoras del municipio de Toca, Departamento de Boyacá

Abstract

El municipio de Toca, departamento de Boyacá fue escogido para esta investigación como referente en la producción agrícola en Colombia. La Federación Nacional de Cultivadores de Cereales (FENALCE), entidad que acompaña y orienta esta investigación, recomendó este municipio para realizar el desarrollo del proyecto, Toca, es un referente económico y cultural de vocación en la producción de papa, cebolla, habas, arvejas, hortalizas, a nivel nacional. La dinámica actual de producción de alimentos a nivel mundial se encuentra en estado de incertidumbre, los mercados y producción de alimentos se están viendo afectados por situaciones sin control, una de ellas causó gran afectación, y fue la pasada pandemia por emergencia sanitaria global por COVID-19, donde hubo escasez de suministros tanto de importación y exportaciones de alimentos a nivel mundial, de materias primas agrícolas e insumos; se suma la guerra actuales entre Rusia y Ucrania, las presiones económicas de las grandes potencias mundiales y la recesión económica a nivel mundial, van de la mano con el comercio y el precios de los alimentos. Las acciones descritas anteriormente afectan directa e indirectamente a Colombia

The municipality of Toca, department of Boyacá was chosen for this research as a reference in agricultural production in Colombia. The actions described above directly and indirectly affect Colombia. The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), the United Nations (UN), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), in the Strategic Framework of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) ) for the years 2022-2031, suggest that food systems around the world must be transformed to make them more efficient, inclusive and resilient, stimulating food security and sovereignty.
