Establecer la viabilidad de un sistema solar fotovoltaico en la Institución Educativa Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús como alternativa para reducir los costos de energía eléctrica Innovación social y productiva Materiales de construcción

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo establecer si la implementación de un sistema solar fotovoltaico disminuiría los costos de los servicios públicos de energía de la Institución educativa Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús. La metodología utilizada nos permitió la recolección de información necesaria para conocer el estado actual de la Institución con respecto a la población estudiantil y de adultos mayores, los costos de matrículas, mensualidades y costos de las tarifas del servicio de energía de los últimos meses. Igualmente se realizó un análisis de la viabilidad de la implementación de un sistema solar fotovoltaico que le permita a la Institución educativa disminuir los costos que actualmente tiene por el pago de las tarifas del servicio de energía. Los resultados indicaron que la implementación de un sistema solar fotovoltaico reduce los costos del servicio de energía de la Institución educativa Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús, si bien el costo de la inversión se considera muy alto este presentara una tasa de retorno en un tiempo no muy extenso.

The objective of this research project is to find out if the implementation of a solar photovoltaic system would reduce the costs of public energy services at the Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús Educational Institution. The methodology used allowed us to collect the necessary information to know the current status of the institution with respect to the student population and senior citizens, the costs of tuition, monthly fees and costs of energy service rates in recent months. An analysis of the feasibility of implementing a solar photovoltaic system that would allow the educational institution to reduce the costs it currently has for the payment of energy service fees was also carried out. The results indicated that the implementation of a solar photovoltaic system reduces the energy service costs of the Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús Educational Institution, although the cost of the investment is considered very high, it will present a rate of return in a short period of time.
