Abstract
El principal problema al que se enfrentan los micronegocios durante la situación de pandemia generada por la COVID-19, corresponde a la disminución de sus ventas, generada por dos grandes causas: I) La limitación de ofertar y vender productos (no pueden abrir el local, no saben vender de manera virtual, tienen dificultades para vender a domicilio, el producto no se adapta a lo que hoy quiere el cliente) y II) La baja demanda (Clientes que ahorran o no tienen suficientes ingresos y compran poco, tienen temor de comprar por un posible contagio, o tienen nuevas necesidades o expectativas de compra). Así las cosas, a siguiente investigación busca analizar entonces cuáles serían las necesidades actuales de los micros negocios de acuerdo al contexto actual del País.
The main problem faced by micro-businesses during the pandemic situation generated by COVID-19 corresponds to the decrease in their sales, generated by two main causes: I) The limitation of offering and selling products (they cannot open the premises , they do not know how to sell online, they have difficulties selling at home, the product does not adapt to what the customer wants today) and II) Low demand (Customers who save or do not have enough income and buy little, are afraid of buy due to a possible contagion, or have new purchase needs or expectations). Thus, the following investigation seeks to analyze what the current needs of micro businesses would be according to the current context of the Country.
