Abstract
El documento de grado que aquí se presenta es un ejercicio de sistematización que intenta reconocer de qué manera los talleres formativos orientados al manejo de las emociones contribuyeron al aprendizaje social y colaborativo de los niños y niñas de 4 años del centro de estimulación Gymboree de la ciudad de Ibagué. Para el acercamiento teórico se abordaron los conceptos de emociones, educación emocional y aprendizaje social. La
sistematización se llevó a cabo siguiendo los pasos orientados por el profesor Oscar Jara, teniendo así cinco momentos: el punto de partida, las preguntas iniciales, la recuperación del proceso vivido, las reflexiones finales y el punto de llegada. Para el análisis de la información se realizaron matrices de análisis que tenían como propósito identificar los aportes de los talleres sobre emociones en el aprendizaje social de los niños y niñas del centro de estimulación Gymboree.
The undergraduate document presented here is a systematization exercise that attempts to recognize in what way the formative workshops oriented to the management of emotions contributed to the social and collaborative learning of the 4-year-old children of the Gymboree stimulation center in the city of Ibagué. For the theoretical approach, the concepts of emotions, emotional education and social learning were addressed. The systematization was carried out following the steps guided by Professor Oscar Jara, thus having five moments: the starting point, the initial questions, the recovery of the process experienced, the final reflections and the point of arrival. For the analysis of the information, analysis matrices were made with the purpose of identifying the contributions of the workshops on emotions in the social learning of the children of the Gymboree stimulation center.
