Abstract
Unos de los aspectos más importantes para cualquier organización, es perdurar en el tiempo, pero de manera sostenible, ordenada y objetiva, aferrada a su misión y trabajando día a día por cumplir su visión. Para lograr este propósito, se tiene en cuenta la NTC ISO 9001, la cual ha tenido desde 1987 una serie de modificaciones en pro de la mejora continua. En esta oportunidad, se analizará los cambios y los nuevos retos que presenta su quinta versión de 2015 con respecto a la versión 2008, que para muchos, permite mayor flexibilidad y margen de adaptar la empresa a la norma, y que la norma no sea una camisa de fuerza que haga más tediosa la implementación y seguimiento de la misma mediante el proceso de auditorías.
One of the most important aspects for any organization is to last over time, but in a sustainable, orderly and objective way, clinging to its mission and working day by day to fulfill its vision. To achieve this purpose, the NTC ISO 9001 is taken into account, which has had a series of modifications since 1987 in favor of continuous improvement. In this opportunity, the changes and new challenges presented by the fifth version of 2015 will be analyzed with respect to the 2008 version, which for many, allows greater flexibility and scope to adapt the company to the standard, and that the standard is not an straitjacket that makes the implementation and monitoring of it more tedious through the auditing process.
