Propuesta de metodología formato de orden y aseo basado en las 9´S

Abstract

La gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, tiene como meta el trabajar hacia la disminución y/o eliminación de accidentabilidad y lesiones; por lo tanto, es importante trabajar en aquellos aspectos que disparan aquellas cifras que no permiten lograr el objetivo principal de la SST. La definición de CEDI es un Centro de Distribución. En este sentido, los CEDIs funcionan primeramente como almacenes. Se trata de edificaciones que cuentan con gran capacidad de almacenaje y que, en muchos casos, responden a las demandas especiales que puede presentar el almacenamiento de ciertos productos. El programa el sol es un programa el cual será de manera participativo que contara inicialmente con una encuesta que indicara la medida de conocimientos básicos sobre la deposición adecuada de los residuos producidos dentro de la compañía. Así mismo a partir de los resultados obtenidos se ejecutaría el proyecto tanto de manera formativa como la formulación de un formato y/o lista de chequeo de manera de un grafica tipo radar el cual ayudara a una fácil calificación, estableciendo puntos de partida para comparar la gestión en el tiempo y promover sanas competencias entre los diferentes departamentos de la compañía. Humanizando y generando disciplina al personal no solamente sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente, sino que también se actúe de manera que para los trabajadores se incremente el sentido de pertenencia hacia la compañía puesto que el proyecto beneficiaria en su totalidad a los mismo trabajadores y se puedan disminuir incidentes y/o accidentes durante su jornada laboral. Promoviendo así la generación de conductas que garantice que los lugares de trabajo estén en condiciones óptimas de orden y aseo, mediante la implementación de la metodología de las 9S, con el fin de contribuir al bienestar de los trabajadores y visitantes y al mejoramiento del entorno laboral.

Humanizing and generating discipline to the personnel not only on the care of the environment, but also to act in a way that for the workers will increase the sense of belonging to the company since the project will benefit in its totality to the same workers and can reduce incidents and / or accidents during their workday. Promoting the generation of behaviors that ensure that workplaces are in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness, through the implementation of the 5S methodology, in order to contribute to the welfare of workers and visitors and the improvement of the working environment
