Evaluación de los niveles de iluminación y percepción de seguridad de las pymes del barrio la Florida en el municipio de Melgar – Tolima 2019 – 2020

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar una investigación en el barrio la florida del municipio de melgar Tolima a raíz de una creciente problemática que ha se ha venido presentando en esta comunidad. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo con corte transversal, participaron 66 PYMES que se desempeñan en el área operativa de los comercios, la recolección de la información se realizó mediante la aplicación de diferentes instrumentos como encuesta de perfil sociodemográfico que permite medir diferentes dimensiones. En esta fase del estudio se permite medir variable psicosocial relacionadas con la percepción y seguridad y bienestar de lis ciudadanos este cuestionario fue de muestra aleatoria residentes y propietarios de las Mipymes del barrio la florida, otro dato que se logra obtener es el nivel de iluminancia Los resultados obtenidos muestran un predominio de que la iluminación en este sector se encuentra en condiciones bajas para la calidad de vida de las sus habitantes, Esto refleja la importancia de nuestra investigación como apoyo al sector encargado de dichos mantenimientos a la red eléctrica Dentro de nuestro proceso investigativo trabajamos con el luxómetro para poder identificar la intensidad luminosa, para poder tener datos claros y poder resolver el método de los 9 puntos que es encontrado dentro de nuestra guía de apoyo RETILAP, que es la base para poder identificar la tipología de la vía y tener seguridad frente a los datos como resultado obtenido y así logar determinar la afectación que se tiene en el barrio la florida del municipio de melgar. El alumbrado público es el servicio que se presta en espacios que son de libre acceso para todos los ciudadanos, como parques de municipios, carreteras, barrios, puentes, túneles, entre otros. Y van desde unas pocas luminarias, hasta la instalación masiva de lámparas en grandes espacios. La problemática es real e identificable actualmente municipio desconoce las condiciones sociodemográficas y los riesgos que presentan sus barrios y requiere de un estudio que permita establecer un diagnóstico o aproximación de esta realidad, con el fin de convertirse en una información valiosa en el momento de establecer intervenciones dirigidas a la promoción de mejoras y adecuación del alumbrado público. Nuestra investigación estará desarrollada en fases de trabajo para lograr el objetivo claro y con resultados satisfactorios en beneficio de la comunidad. Como conclusión podemos decir que nuestra investigación trata un campo de vital importancia en luminotecnia, psicofísica y percepción de la seguridad ciudadana además será trabajada en un campo inexplorado mostrando un gran interés científico de la investigación

The problem is real and currently identifiable, the municipality is unaware of the sociodemographic conditions and the risks that its neighborhoods present and requires a study that allows establishing a diagnosis or approximation of this reality, in order to become valuable information at the time of establishing interventions aimed at promoting improvements and adaptation of public lighting. Our research will be developed in phases of work to achieve the clear objective and with satisfactory results for the benefit of the community. As a conclusion we can say that our research deals with a field of vital importance in lighting, psychophysics and perception of citizen security, and it will also be worked in an unexplored field showing great scientific interest in the research.
