Abstract

El tema central de la presente investigación nace de la iniciativa de 15 mujeres jóvenes que forman parte de la agrupación “Identidad Latina”, que trabajan en el territorio de la localidad La Candelaria de la ciudad de Bogotá, desde el año 2018, su conformación surge con el interés de visualizar frente a la sociedad, el esfuerzo y la voluntad con el que sobresalen a los flagelos o azotes en el entorno donde viven, es de resaltar que la agrupación se ha mantenido gracias a la constante búsqueda de oportunidades y a la actividad constante que ha implicado entre otras cosas; tiempo para ensayos artísticos, inversión económica en cuanto al stock de vestuarios y parafernalia, la búsqueda de espacios adecuados para realizar ensayos y por supuesto en la constancia por la pertenencia y unión de la agrupación Identidad Latina y el empoderamiento con la gestión cultural comunitaria.

The central theme of this research was born from the initiative of 15 young women who are part of the group “Latin Identity”, who have been working in the territory of the town of La Candelaria in the city of Bogotá, since 2018, its formation emerged with the interest to visualize in front of society, the effort and the will with which the scourges or lashes excel in the environment where they live, it is noteworthy that the group has maintained itself thanks to the constant search for opportunities and the constant activity that has involved among other things; time for artistic rehearsals, economic investment regarding the stock of costumes and paraphernalia, the search for suitable spaces to carry out rehearsals and of course in the constancy of the membership and union of the Latin Identity group and empowerment with cultural management
