dc.description	Los portales sanitarios son una ventana de información para que los ‘ciberpacientes’ consulten servicios e información especializada. El problema surge cuando la búsqueda se convierte en una consulta médica, que desplaza al especialista y pone al ciberpaciente en capacidad de decodificar diagnósticos y tomar decisiones sobre qué hacer con su salud. El siguiente trabajo tuvo como fin explorar la función que cumplen los portales de salud en la era de la información a través de un diseño documental. Usando como técnica la observación y dos fichas de observación, se analizaron cinco websites sanitarios nacionales. El resultado fue que los websites venezolanos no motivan la toma de decisiones en materia sanitaria y queda a discrecionalidad del ciberpaciente el uso del material consultado.	es-ES
dc.description	Health websites are an information window, so consult cyberpatients services and specialized information. The problem arises when the search becomes a medical consultation, which moves to the specialist and place to ciberpaciente able to decode diagnostics, make decisions about what to do with your health. The following work aims to explore the role health portals in the era of information. Through a design documentary, using as the observation technique and two observation sheets, five national health web site were analyzed. The result was that the Venezuelan web site do not motivate decisions on health and is at the discretion of ciberpaciente accessed using the material.	en-US
