dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de grado presenta un informe diagnóstico a la organización Teleperformance para el fortalecimiento de las normas de bioseguridad en empleados del área de operación SURA que realizan trabajo desde casa. Dicho informe diagnostico busca fortalecer y mejorar las condiciones de los empleados a través del reconocimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad, determinando los recursos administrativos de la organización y proponiendo estrategias a implementar dirigido a protocolos de bioseguridad. Se adelantó un grupo focal, entrevistas, conversatorio y encuestas con empleados del área de operación SURA y la profesional de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; se analizaron los resultados y se establecieron conclusiones en pro del fortalecimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad aplicados en los empleados que realizan trabajo desde casa, población objeto del presente trabajo. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This degree project presents a diagnostic report to the Teleperformance organization for the strengthening of biosafety standards in employees of the SURA area of operation who perform work from home. The diagnostic report seeks to strengthen and improve the conditions of employees through the recognition of biosafety protocols, determining the administrative resources of the organization and proposing strategies to implement biosafety protocols. A focus group, interviews, discussion and surveys were carried out with Employees of the SURA area of operation and the occupational health and safety professional; The results were analyzed and conclusions were established in favor of the strengthening of the biosafety protocols applied in the employees who perform work from home, the population that is the object of this study. | eng |
