Estrategia de promoción y prevención de riesgo biomecánico en auxiliares de farmacia en el municipio de Zipaquirá

Abstract

El riesgo biomecánico se ha convertido en una problemática de salud por los desórdenes musculo esqueléticos que se presentan, impidiendo la realización de las labores diarias como consecuencias de malas posturas, esfuerzos, movimientos repetitivos, levantamiento manual de cargas entre otros. La importancia de la implementación de la estrategia de promoción y prevención del riesgo biomecánico dirigido al personal que labora en las farmacias del municipio de Zipaquirá, donde se evidencia en los resultados del instrumento aplicado que un 68% de los trabajadores reportan una molestia osteomuscular en los últimos doce meses, aunque al ser evaluado el nivel de la molestia se mantiene un nivel leve con un 81%, de esta manera es una gran oportunidad de prevenir lesiones osteomusculares en el futuro. La necesidad e importancia del entorno, la mobiliaria e instalaciones óptimas para la realización de las tareas, disminuyendo la probabilidad de enfermedades y accidentes laborales o de origen común por causa de estos. Incentivar la importancia, implementación, y el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, brindar la capacitación y entrenamiento al personal para que tengan herramientas y así poder alcanzar el cumplimiento de objetivos en pro del bienestar de los trabajadores y las farmacias.

The importance of the implementation of the strategy of promotion and prevention of biomechanical risk directed to the personnel working in the pharmacies of the municipality of Zipaquirá, where it is evidenced in the results of the applied instrument that 68% of the workers report an osteomuscular discomfort in the last twelve months, although when evaluated the level of the discomfort remains a slight level with 81%, in this way it is a great opportunity to prevent osteomuscular injuries in the future. The need and importance of the environment, furniture and optimal facilities for the performance of tasks, reducing the likelihood of occupational diseases and accidents or accidents of common origin due to these. Encourage the importance, implementation, and compliance with the management system of safety and health at work, provide training and training to staff so that they have tools and thus be able to achieve compliance with objectives for the welfare of workers and pharmacies.
