Implementación de un sistema de control de inventario para el área operativa de la empresa ALCARI S.A.S.E.S.P. del municipio de Ricaurte Cundinamarca

Abstract

Los inventarios forman parte del desarrollo económico de una empresa, ya que se encargan de dar rentabilidad. Por tanto dentro de este trabajo se realizará una investigación que compete el buen funcionamiento que tiene la entidad ALCARI S.A.S. E.S.P. con el proceso de su almacén operativo y respecto al control de este mismo, con el fin de implementar una herramienta ofimática que permita dar desarrollo a las funciones de control del inventario del área antes mencionada; siendo este instrumento la base principal para el adecuado registro diario a las funciones presentadas por la entidad razón a sus obras ejecutadas. Se propone diseñar formatos de entrada y salida, entre las cuales van a registrar información fundamental de dichos movimientos, donde se obtienen datos fiables y seguros. Esta investigación se basará en la información que se recolecte por parte de la empresa, con relación a sus antecedentes a fines de sus inventarios, pero para ello se apoya en otras investigaciones de autores desconocidos con el mismo contenido del tema en relación. Este trabajo se enfoca en una investigación de tipo mixto, ya que se origina la recolección de datos e hipótesis con base al problema presentado. Por otra parte, se tendrá en cuenta el sistema que la empresa lleva respecto a sus inventarios, y como contribuye dentro de la herramienta a diseñar. Las plantillas a implementar, generan orden y disciplina respecto a la función que hacen, cada plantilla tiene un objetivo a trabajar y establecen un modelo de inventario a contribuir en el mejoramiento de la mercancía operativa de la empresa de servicios. A demás de esto se tendrá en cuenta las observaciones que se apoyaran en esta zona, y de la mejor manera poder participar en el procedimiento que se va a ejecutar.

Inventories are part of the economic development of a company, since they are responsible for providing profitability. Therefore, within this work, an investigation will be carried out that concerns the good functioning of the entity ALCARI S.A.S. E.S.P. with the process of its operational warehouse and with respect to its control, in order to implement an office automation tool that allows the development of the inventory control functions of the aforementioned area; This instrument being the main basis for the adequate daily registration of the functions presented by the entity due to its executed works. It is proposed to design input and output formats, among which fundamental information of said movements will be recorded, where reliable and safe data is obtained. This investigation will be based on the information that is collected by the company, in relation to its background for the purposes of its inventories, but for this, it is based on other investigations by unknown authors with the same content of the related topic. This work focuses on a mixed-type investigation, since the collection of data and hypotheses originates based on the problem presented. On the other hand, the system that the company has regarding its inventories will be taken into account, and how it contributes within the tool to be designed. The templates to be implemented generate order and discipline regarding the function they perform; each template has a goal to work on and establishes an inventory model to contribute to the improvement of the operational merchandise of the service company. In addition to this, the observations that will be supported in this area will be taken into account, and in the best way to be able to participate in the procedure that is going to be executed
