Plan de negocios para la creación de un Centro de Asesorías en Planes de Emergencias C.A.P.E, en el Municipio de Soacha Cundinamarca

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como propósito, crear o diseñar un plan de negocios para la implementación de planes de emergencias a las múltiples PYMES del municipio de Soacha, especialmente a la comuna 2 y 4, las cuales se tomaron como mercado objetivo para este proyecto; adicionalmente se propone generar conciencia en las directivas de cada organización, sobre la importancia de la implementación de planes de emergencias, los cuales pueden reducir o minimizar pérdidas catastróficas tanto a nivel económico y humano, cuidando la vida de los colaboradores de cada compañía, generando confianza y que cada trabajador brinde una respuesta oportuna ante cualquier evento repentino que pueda presentarse en su lugar de trabajo, y así las organizaciones se sientan más seguras al momento de enfrentar una situación adversa que se pueda presentar, a pesar de la problemática que hay actualmente con el COVID 2019.
