Estudio de Prefactibilidad, Para la Creación de una Fundación Dirigida al Cuidado y Protección del Adulto Mayor en el Municipio de Madrid, Cundinamarca.

Abstract

El proyecto tiene como finalidad realizar un estudio de Pre factibilidad para la creación y puesta en marcha de una Fundación dirigida al cuidado y protección del adulto mayor en el Municipio De Madrid, Cundinamarca. En el estudio inicialmente se planteó el problema y los objetivos que establecerán la viabilidad del proyecto en todos sus aspectos, como orden metodológico realizando el estudio de mercado con fuentes primarias con posibles prospectos comerciales, adicional se tomarán fuentes secundarias que determinen establecer la población objetivo. Como paso siguiente se realizó el estudio de Mercado, analizando el sector involucrando como fuente importante las estadísticas de oferta y demanda de la población adulto mayor. De igual manera se realizó un estudio técnico en donde se puede observar el crecimiento y la proyección esperada en la localización más adecuada, analizando el pro y los contras para llegar al éxito esperado.

In The Municipality Of Madrid, Cundinamarca. The study initially raised the problem and the objectives that will establish the viability of the project in all its aspects, as a methodological order by conducting the market study with primary sources with possible commercial prospects, additionally, secondary sources will be taken that determine the target population. As a next step, the market study was carried out, analyzing the sector, involving as an important source the supply and demand statistics of the elderly population. In the same way, a technical study was carried out where the growth and expected projection can be observed in the most appropriate location, analyzing the pros and cons to reach the expected success.
