Evaluación de la iluminación y percepción del confort en los trabajadores de urgencias del hospital Louis Pasteur de Melgar Tolima en el 2019-2020

Abstract

La presente investigación se refiere al tema de iluminación en los puestos de trabajo de la central de urgencias Louis Pasteur de melgar Tolima, 2019-2020 donde no cuenta con un estudio formal que permita conocer el estado del sistema de iluminación de la infraestructura, para dicho estudio tomaremos como referencia Reglamento Técnico de Iluminación y Alumbrado Público (RETILAP). Además, se analizará la percepción de confort de los trabajadores, los cuales están expuestos al factor de riesgo de iluminación en el trabajo, debido a una iluminación incorrecta, por exceso o defecto, que puede acarrear patologías asociadas como dolores de cabeza, irritación de los ojos, y cansancio ocular, entre otros, todo esto son factores que puedan causar accidentes, ausentismo laboral y bajo rendimiento. Siendo esta la razón por la que se decide hacer el estudio de iluminación, para identificar en qué estado se encuentra la iluminación de las oficinas administrativas de la parte antigua de la central de urgencias, si están acordes al reglamento RETILAP, o si por el contrario habrá que hacer mejoras en el sistema de iluminación en la central de urgencias Louis Pasteur. El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar estrategias para mejorar la iluminación en los puestos administrativos de la central de urgencias del hospital Louis Pasteur de Melgar – Tolima, del mismo modo realizar las mediciones de los niveles de iluminación de cada puesto de trabajo administrativo durante diferentes horas del día; Además diseñar estrategias para mitigar enfermedades laborales por iluminación inadecuada y por ultimo evaluar el riesgo para determinar los controles en los puestos de trabajo, resultado de la medición de iluminación y análisis realizado. Para realizar esta investigación se tuvo en cuenta el RETILAP (Reglamento técnico de iluminación y alumbrado público, a partir del 1 de abril de 2010 empezó a regir en Colombia). Por otra parte, el diagnóstico de la iluminación se pretende llevar acabo por medio de una investigación descriptiva y observacional, se apoya con instrumentos de medición como test de iluminación y un cuestionario de evaluación subjetiva, con la que se pretende recoger su opinión sobre condiciones de iluminación en los puestos de trabajo. Como primer paso se deben obtener los planos arquitectónicos de las instalaciones físicas de la central de urgencias Louis Pasteur de Melgar - Tolima, conseguir el equipo de iluminación (luxómetro), posteriormente se diseñan formatos para registrar las medidas según el RETILAP, que define realizar seis medidas diferentes en iluminación interior, de diferentes aulas, los resultados obtenidos se graficarán y se analizarán de manera individual y grupal, esto con el fin de identificar los puestos de trabajo que no cumplen con los niveles mínimos de iluminancia, luego se establecerá la presencia de condiciones inseguras en algunos puestos de trabajo como son los soportes de luminarias, se evidenciará los puestos de trabajo con falencia de luz natural. Teniendo en cuenta las mediciones con el LUXOMETRO y el rango arrojado en cada puesto de trabajo, se procede a comparar los valores obtenidos con el RTILAP, y se observó que no cumplen con los límites establecidos por la norma, por otra parte se presentaron encuestas, descriptivas y obvencionales test de iluminación y un cuestionario de evaluación subjetiva, al personal, donde se vio reflejado las molestias que les causa en la salud por el déficit de iluminación en cada puestos de trabajo. Con la investigación realizada se puede concluir, que las oficinas administrativas de la parte antigua de la central de Urgencias Louis Pasteur, no cuentan con buena iluminación y además carece de ventanas, algunas luminarias no se encuentran en buen estado, la ubicación de los escritorios no están bien ubicados y cuando hace sol los rayos pegan contra la pared ocasionando brillo al computador haciendo que le afecte la visión. Todo esto conlleva a que los funcionarios tengan bajo rendimiento laboral y que su salud desmejore.

On the other hand, the lighting diagnosis is intended to be carried out by means of a descriptive and observational research, it is supported by measurement instruments such as a lighting test and a subjective evaluation questionnaire, with which it is intended to collect your opinion on lighting conditions in jobs. As a first step, the architectural plans of the physical facilities of the Louis Pasteur de Melgar - Tolima emergency center must be obtained, obtaining the lighting equipment (lux meter), then formats are designed to record the measurements according to RETILAP, which defines performing six different measures in interior lighting, of different classrooms, the results obtained will be plotted and analyzed individually and in groups, this in order to identify the jobs that do not meet the minimum levels of illuminance, then the presence of unsafe conditions in some workstations such as light fixtures, workstations with lack of natural light will be evident. Taking into account the measurements with the LUXOMETER and the range found in each job, we proceed to compare the values obtained with the RTILAP, and it was observed that they do not comply with the limits established by the standard, on the other hand, surveys were presented, descriptive and obventional lighting test and a subjective evaluation questionnaire for the staff, where the discomfort caused to their health by the lighting deficit in each of the jobs was reflected. With the investigation carried out, it can be concluded that the administrative offices of the old part of the Louis Pasteur Emergency Center do not have good lighting and also lack windows, some lights are not in good condition, the location of the desks is not They are well located and when it is sunny the rays hit the wall causing the computer to shine, affecting its vision. All this leads to officials having poor work performance and their health deteriorating.
