Estrategia de redes y alianzas para el fortalecimiento de proyectos de vida en padres jóvenes del Jardín Infantil de la Secretaria de Integración Social de la Localidad de Rafael Uribe Uribe San Jorge

Abstract

El presente proyecto integrador tiene por objetivo fortalecer los proyectos de vida de los padres y madres participantes de los servicios de los Jardines Infantiles de la Secretaría de Integración Social, en la localidad Rafael Uribe Uribe Jardín Infantil San Jorge. Para esto, a través de herramientas propias de la investigación social, se indagarán las necesidades, expectativas, recursos y oportunidades de los padres y las madres participantes, con el fin de comprender y determinar los factores que dificultan o impiden en ellos la consolidación de sus proyectos de vida. Luego, con la sistematización y el análisis de la información obtenida, se diseñó una estrategia de gerencia social de redes y alianzas que permita superar los factores identificados, por medio de capacitaciones tanto en algunos oficios como en pautas de crianza y corresponsabilidad, y del acceso a formación técnica y tecnológica con el apoyo de diferentes entidades estatales y distritales.

The objective of this integrating project is to strengthen the life projects of the parents participating in the services of the Kindergartens of the Secretair de Integracion Social of the San Jorge neighborhood, in the Rafael Uribe Uribe locality. For this, through tools of social research, the needs, expectations, resources and opportunities of the participating parents will be investigated, in order to understand and determine the factors that hinder or prevent them from consolidating their Life projects. Then, with the systematization and analysis of the information obtained, a strategy for social management of networks and alliances will be designed and implemented that allows to overcome the identified factors, through training both in some trades and in parenting and co-responsibility guidelines, and access to technical and technological training with the support of different state and district entities.
