Optimización de la estructura del área contable en la empresa CREDITCAPITAL S.A.S.

Abstract

"El presente informe documenta los cambios y resultados obtenidos para recuperar en sistema la información financiera del año 2017 en la empresa CREDITCAPITAL S.A.S. La optimización de la estructura del área contable es de gran importancia en una organización dentro de sus directrices administrativas y financieras ya que permite registrar y procesar las transacciones históricas que se generan diariamente para el desarrollo de las funciones operativas de la entidad. El aporte en la empresa consistió en optimizar la estructura en el área contable, que inicio con la implementación del software contable, la parametrización de este, recuperar la información financiera del año 2017, para lo cual se debió registrar en el sistema los terceros con sus respectivas obligaciones tributarias, registro de facturas de venta. Compra, documentos equivalentes, conciliación de bancos y todo lo necesario para emitir estados financieros del año 2017."

This report documents the changes and results obtained to recover the financial information of the year 2017 in the company CREDITCAPITAL S.A.S. The optimization of the structure of the accounting area is of great importance in an organization within its administrative and financial guidelines since it allows to record and process the historical transactions that are generated daily for the development of the entity's operational functions. The contribution in the company consisted of optimizing the structure in the accounting area, which began with the implementation of the accounting software, the parameterization of this, retrieve the financial information of the year 2017, for which the third parties had to register in the system with their respective tax obligations, registration of sales invoices. Purchase, equivalent documents, bank reconciliation and everything necessary to issue financial statements for 2017.
