dc.description	This paper begins with a tour of some errors in history that caused economic, human and some irreparable damage to the social and economic dynamics of some territories in order to establish a reflection on the error and its possible range of impact. Then, it establishes a view from the training needs of professionals in administration, to contribute with some elements of reflection, motivation and awareness about the importance of some training areas established in academic programs.	en-US
