dc.description | Cultural imaginaries are formed through the way territory was appropriated and together with the specific mestizo process that was carded out; this produces e strong sentiment of nostalgia of what could have been, awarding the power of representation of external elements to Latin America. However, from these same practices arises a proposal to look within and stand out not simply as marginal but as an empowered marginality that culturally reconstructs territories. This implies an epistemological change in the auto-representation and hence in the hetero-representation. | en-US |
