| dc.description | "Acción sin doña" refers to a focus and ethical posture against actions and its consequences that are made in a conflict situation, with interventions from external actors that concur with different humanitarian or development aid. The paper takes into account the foundations of “acción sin daño", from the beginning "hipocrático" announcing like the "priman non necere", applied to the social sciences. It does not mean that it has to be analyzed from the damage done by conflict, but from those that are provoked by the actions or omissions of those that contribute to humanitarian actions or development, in conflict scenarios, also in conflict scenarios.It is about taking conscience of the real possibility of producing harm, but at the same time that it can also find positive effects. A posture of having a minim moral, can constantly conduct in preventing and revising ways to avoid harmful effects and fortify local competences for peace. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Acción sin Daño se refiere a un enfoque y una postura ética frente a las acciones y sus consecuencias que se ralizan en contexto de conflictos, con intervenciones de actores externos que concurren con diversos tipos de ayudas humanitarias o de desarrollo.El artículo aborda los fundamentos de la Acción sin Daño, desde el principio hipocrático enunciado como el "priman non nocere", aplicado a las Ciencias sociales. No se trata de analizar los daños producidos por los conflictos, sino de aquellos que son provocados por las acciones o las omisiones de quienes vienen o contribuir con acciones humanitarias o de desarrollo, en escenarios de conflictos.Se trata de tomar conciencia de la posibilidad real de producir daños, al mismo tiempo que también se pueden conseguir efectos positivos. Una postura de acogido de mínimos éticos conduce o prevenir y revisar constantemente o fin de evitar los efectos nocivos y fortalecer los capacidad locales para la paz. | es-ES |
