Estudio patológico realizado con ensayos no destructivos a la institución educativa manuela Beltrán sede san Jorge san Jorge – municipio de Girardot

Abstract

Las lesiones presentes en la Institución Educativa Manuela Beltrán sede San Jorge ubicada en el Municipio de Girardot, tiene como propósito notificar a todos los entes reguladores que acciones se deben priorizar para minimizar el impacto que estas generan a la población estudiantil, con esto se pretende diagnosticar el estado actual de su infraestructura que ya es bastante antigua, dicho trabajo es mixto con un enfoque tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, con test no Destructivos in situ y laboratorio buscamos establecer la severidad de sus lesiones. Mas sin embargo las clasificaciones de las patologías allí presentes son mecánicas y físicas, entre estas encontramos muy comunes como son humedades, fisuras, desprendimientos, suciedad etc. Con este análisis podemos determinar qué tan segura es la estructura prestando el servicio y como todos los claustros educativos municipales como a nivel Regional, Departamental y Nacional es pertinente hacer mantenimientos preventivos en aras de minimizar los costos de operación, estas fallas estructurales son muy frecuentes por la falta de inversión estatal, con esta situación pretendemos poner en contexto que las infraestructuras educativas deben ser sismo resistentes y seguras primando el derecho fundamental a la vida.

The purpose of the injuries present at the Manuela Beltrán School, San Jorge, located in the Municipality of Girardot, is to notify all regulatory entities that actions should be prioritized to minimize the impact they generate on the student population, with this the intention is to diagnose the current state of its infrastructure, which is already quite old, this work is mixed with both a qualitative and quantitative approach, with non-destructive tests in situ and laboratory we seek to establish the severity of their injuries. However, the classifications of the pathologies present there are mechanical and physical, among these we find very common ones such as humidity, fissures, cracks, detachments, dirt, etc. With this analysis we can determine how safe the structure is providing the service and like all municipal educational cloisters at the Regional, Departmental and National level it is pertinent to carry out preventive maintenance in order to minimize operating costs, these structural failures are very frequent due to the lack of state investment, with this situation we intend to put into context that educational infrastructures must be earthquake resistant and safe, prioritizing the fundamental right to life.
