En este artículo se aborda la relación que existe entre lingüística y Pedagogía en las prácticas pedagógicas en lengua; a partir de esta relación, se determinan y caracterizan los enfoques que se han dado para abordar la enseñanza de la lengua materna; finalmente, se sustenta el porqué de un enfoque comunicacional para la enseñanza de la lengua castellana. |

This article tackles the relationship that exists between linguistics and pedagogy with regards to pedagocical language practices. From this relationship, the approach that has been given to practical native language teaching can be determined as well as characterized. Finally, the paper provides reasons for the communicational approach to teaching spanish. |
