La propuesta busca diseñar un modelo de cultura organizacional en OPL Carga SAS, centrado en el modelo de Denison. Los objetivos incluyen la creación de un plan estratégico de comunicación interna, implementación de programas de capacitación, desarrollo del personal y establecimiento de mecanismos de retroalimentación para medir la alineación cultural. Los elementos teóricos se basan en el modelo de Denison, mientras que la metodología implica el diseño e implementación de estrategias mencionadas. Se esperan resultados que reflejen una cultura organizacional alineada y eficaz, con posibles discusiones sobre la efectividad de las intervenciones propuestas.
This document presents a proposal for the design of an organizational culture model at
OPL Carga SAS. Organizational culture plays a fundamental role in the success and sustainability
of any company, influencing employee satisfaction, productivity, innovation, and the ability to
adapt to change. In this sense, an integral approach is proposed that encompasses the
identification of values, norms, behaviors, and practices that characterize the organization, as
well as the implementation of strategies to strengthen and promote a culture that fosters
engagement, teamwork, and excellence. Key steps for the design and implementation of this
model are discussed, including the initial assessment of the existing organizational culture,
defining core objectives and values, effective communication, participative leadership, and
establishing mechanisms for feedback and continuous evaluation. It is expected that this proposal
will serve as a starting point for the development of a solid and success-oriented organizational
culture at OPL Carga SAS.
