diferentes estudios de desarrollo in vitro.
The overexploitation of orchids drives the search for new alternatives that allow the preservation

research evaluated the in vitro reproduction process by seed of the orchid Rodriguezia venusta Rchb. F.
establishing the morphogenic response time of the seed embryo, for the different in vitro development
studies. By means of the use of two growth regulators (Indolacetic Acid, Gibberellin) supplemented in in
vitro culture medium in concentrations equivalent to 10, 50 and 100 mg-10/liter for each one of them. On
the other hand, the percentage of protocorms formation achieved from the use of these growth bioregulators
at the same time, supplemented in culture medium with the same equivalences, for each one of them;
however, under the conditions of the laboratory of the agroecological farm and the seeds collected there,
did not present protocorms development nor morpho-physiological variation in the seeds, during the 4
months of evaluation.
