En esta investigación se analizó la exposición al ruido de los conductores de transporte público en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, la cual se estructuró en tres fases: la primera estableció el nivel de exposición de ruido, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta; la segunda determinó el nivel de ruido, con base en el límite permisible a través de la interpretación del mapa estratégico de ruido y monitoreos de ruido ambiental del año 2018; y finalmente se proponen alternativas de prevención. Con base en el análisis de resultados, se puede inferir que los conductores de taxi superan la jornada laboral de 8 horas diarias, sin exceder el límite de 85 dB establecido en la normatividad.
In this research, the noise exposure of public transport drivers in the city of Bucaramanga was
analyzed, it was structured in three phases: the first established the level of noise exposure,
through the application of a survey; the second determined the noise level based on the
permissible limit, through the interpretation of the strategic noise map and environmental noise
monitoring in the year 2018; and finally, prevention alternatives are proposed. Based on the
analysis of results, it can be inferred that taxi drivers exceed the 8-hour working day, without
exceeding the 85 dB limit established in the regulations.
