La afectación económica, política y social debido a la crisis migratoria de
venezolanos hacía Colombia y otros destinos, se ha visto marcada en territorio
nortesantandereano, dicha crisis genera dificultad al desarrollo integral armónico de los
infantes, afectando su integridad y aumentando su vulnerabilidad ante riesgos de
explotación laboral. En tal sentido, este artículo centra su análisis en la concepción de la
migración que incide en el trabajo infantil en Colombia, abordando los factores inmersos en
este fenómeno e identificando sus antecedentes. Para ello, se tuvo en cuenta los derechos
humanos relacionados al trabajo infantil, analizando las violaciones a dichos derechos,
dando una mirada a las políticas públicas, sus nexos del trabajo infantil y su articulación al
contexto colombiano, partiendo desde un enfoque psicosocial.
The economic, political and social impact due to the migratory crisis of Venezuelans to
Colombia and other destinations, has been marked in North Santander territory, this crisis
generates difficulty for the harmonious integral development of infants, affecting their
integrity and increasing their vulnerability to risks of labor exploitation. In this sense, this
article focuses its analysis on the conception of migration that affects child labor in
Colombia, addressing the factors involved in this phenomenon and identifying its
background. For this, human rights related to child labor were taken into account, analyzing
the violations of said rights, taking a look at public policies, their links to child labor and
their articulation to the Colombian context, starting from a psychosocial approach.
