Plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencias de la Sede Nueva de la IPS UBA VIHONCO S.A.S.

Abstract

Este trabajo tuvo como principal objetivo diseñar el plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencia de la nueva sede IPS UBA VIHONCO, el cual se basó en identificar inicialmente los posibles riesgos y amenazas que puedan existir al interior de la sede, así como amenazas externas, que puedan generar emergencias y poner en peligro la vida de colaboradores de la institución, así como de sus instalaciones. El tipo de investigación realizado en esta investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, cualitativo aplicando la metodología del diamante, evaluando los riesgos externos e internos. La identificación de riesgos fue realizada mediante una lista de chequeo y la observación directa a las diferentes oficinas que conforman la sede administrativa de la IPS UBA VIHONCO, así como la exploración de antecedentes y documentos relacionados con los diferentes desastres y amenazas a que ha sido expuesto la ciudad de Cúcuta en los últimos años. Asimismo, se diseñó las acciones necesarias para prevenir, mitigar y dar y respuesta a una emergencias, con el propósito de ser expuesto y socializado a los diferentes trabajadores y empleados para en caso de alguna amenaza potencial, responder de manera adecuada y resguardar la vida de todas las personas que trabajan al interior de esta IPS.

The main objective of this work was to design the prevention plan, emergency preparedness for the new IPS UBA HIVONCO headquarters, which was based on initially identifying the possible risks and threats that may exist inside the headquarters, as well as external threats, which can generate emergencies and put the lives of workers at risk, as well as their facilities. The type of research carried out in this investigation was descriptive, qualitative, applying the diamond methodology, evaluating external and internal risks. The identification of risks was carried out through a checklist and direct observation of the different offices that make up the administrative headquarters of the IPS UBA HIVONCO, as well as the exploration of background and documents related to the different disasters and threats to which it has been exposed. the city of Cúcuta in recent years. Likewise, prevention, mitigation and emergency response actions were designed, with the purpose of being exposed and socialized to the different workers and employees in case of any potential threat, responding appropriately and preserving the lives of all the people who they work within this IPS.
