Plan financiero de la Empresa Creaciones Bethel en la ciudad de Ibagué

Abstract

El estudio realizado en la presente investigación propuso un plan financiero a la empresa Creaciones Bethel, empresa donde visitamos y vimos la necesidad de presupuestar sus recursos a través del tiempo, con el fin de conocer qué capital en sí tiene la empresa para así mismo trazarnos metas previamente establecidas y verificar cuál es la rentabilidad que se generará en la medida que se den los resultados estimados.

La presente investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo; en relación con la recolección de la información, las técnicas empleadas fueron las fuentes primarias aplicando como instrumento, la entrevista a la propietaria de la empresa; y las fuentes secundarias a través de la recopilación de documentos contables con que cuenta la empresa con respecto a costos, gastos, ingresos, activos, pasivos y patrimonio, los cuales servirán de base para cumplir con el plan financiero que se diseñó.

Al desarrollar la propuesta podemos concluir que el micronegocio no cuenta con un sistema contable por tanto sus datos históricos están registrados a mano en libros donde plasman sus operaciones, pero no hay una contabilidad que le permita conocer la realidad financiera de la empresa; como consecuencia de esta falencia, no se realiza planeación para tomar decisiones pertinentes, que puedan prever cualquier eventualidad a nivel tanto interno como externo.

The study carried out in the present investigation, proposed a financial plan to the company Creaciones Bethel, a company where we visited and saw the need to budget its resources over time, in order to know what capital the company has in order to trace ourselves previously established goals and verify the profitability that will be generated as the estimated results are given. This research has a quantitative, descriptive approach; Regarding the collection of information, the techniques used were the primary sources, applying the owner of the company as an instrument; and secondary sources through the compilation of accounting documents that the company has with respect to costs, expenses, income, assets, liabilities and equity, which will serve as the basis for complying with the financial plan that we intend to comply with. When developing the proposal, we can conclude that the micro-business does not have an accounting system, therefore its historical data is registered by hand in books where its operations are reflected, but there is no accounting that allows it to know the financial reality of the company; As a consequence of this shortcoming, planning is not carried out to make pertinent decisions that can foresee any eventuality both internally and externally.
